We have prepared a mobile application for TAURON Group's retail customers.
Thanks to it, you will be able to conveniently manage contracts and invoices and pay bills quickly and safely.
Additionally - if you have a "teler account" - you will be able to enter meter readings using the application. Then we will immediately give you information about the costs of your consumption.
With the application you can also:
- view the details of all your contracts;
- view information about upcoming payments and all issued invoices;
- pay for individual invoices quickly and safely - directly in the application;
- receive notifications min. about a new invoice or an upcoming payment date;
- quickly contact TAURON via dedicated hotlines;
- find the nearest customer service point and check information about opening hours and its address;
- if you have the "teleraccount" service - you can enter your meter reading.
To log in to the application, all you have to do is enter your login and password from the My Tauron website. If you don't have an account on My Tauron - you can set one up quickly. All you have to do is enter your PESEL number and registration number or payer number in the application. You will find these numbers on your contract or invoice.
